1977 Yamaha XS650

This is my 1977 Yamaha XS650. Me and my dad got it for 0 and have fixed it up to what you see today! When we got it it was faded banana yellow. Paint – just spray bomb with a spray bomb clear coat with hardener. Drag bars/flat bars with bar end mirror 2-1 Mac exhaust Brand new mikuni round slide carbs (36mm, but i can’t remember for sure) In the near future I want to scrap the stock seat and get something more cafe racer styled. Hercules MK3 Caferacer, engine first start in ~10 years (37 year old moped)

The moped is probably from 1972-1974, i dont have the full history.

CB450 cafe racer first start.

First start, still have to set the VM32 runing rich at idle. After many problems with my Dyna-s unit, and coil… back to stock and its working. Thinking about going to Dyna coils. New Dyna-s is on the way.
