This is the first test ride of Mike V’s manical chopper creation “Holy Terror.” Unfortunately the bike doesn’t yet have any paint or finishing work done at this stage and the other “show tank” with the huge hole cut through is still in the stages of being chromed at this time. So, what you are seeing here is the bike in its first “raw” running form. A huge thanks goes out to Dennis Miller for making this all possible, this was filmed at his garage where the bulk of the work on this bike had taken place. Dennis put in over 125 HOURS of work on this bike project alone,…..I won’t even say how many hours I’ve put in,….but it’s been a 9 month long project and the bike is almost done. THANK GOD!
Here is a video of that same lovely 650 Special II riding past. Obeying the speed limits the bike sound superb. The big 650 twin is extremely smooth with only 13000 geniuine miles on the clock. yamaharetrospares.com … XS650 Special Yamaha retro classic motorcycle motorbike
Trying out my bike mounted video camera on a small group ride. Our day started off with an onslaught of CHP looking over our shoulders, so a leisurely pace was all we could muster. As for the camera mount, it needs work. The bike vibrates so much that finding a stable, buzz-free area to mount the camera is going to be tricky. The bike is a Yamaha XS650. … 530 riders 530riders xs650 xs 650 yamaha daveoxide motorcycle cafe berryessa napa 121 128
This is my first attempt at getting video on my bike. As you can see, the vibrations this bike makes do not allow a stable camera platform by any means. This clip does not include any high rpm action either, that is when the vibrations get exciting (blurred vision, numbness)! Ah the life of a parrallel twin… … daveoxide xs650 xs 650 yamaha motorcycle cafe berryessa napa 121 128

This is a short ride video downtown Indianapolis on my XS 650 chopper named “Holy Terror.” This bike has been such a long process to build so I am really enjoying being able to finally ride it here. Huge thanks goes out to Dennis Miller and Andrew Lucas for all the work they put in [...]
I built this bike this year, and it’s a beast. I wish I had better audio on my camera because it just doesn’t do justice to this bike’s deep and throaty growl. I love kicking this beast into action.
