This is a cold start on a 1975 yamaha xs650b all original bike except the handlebars; i have the original ones i just like these better. Bike only has 12000 miles on it; its never had any engine work. like i said. all original.

This is a old 1979 Series II Yamaha XS 650 that has been custom rebuilt. Many changes from the original style. Plus the next project bike, also a 1979 XS 650 that will be chopped and converted to a hard tail body.

Still can use a little TLC, but it’s getting there. Replaced stock exhaust, cleaned the carbs and replaced bowl gaskets, cleaned front brake caliper, fixed a couple wiring issues, replaced a couple bulbs in the gauges, adjusted clutch correctly (it was slipping), and put in new plugs and wire boots.
