Difference between XS650 and XS750?

I’m trying to start a bobber build, but there seems to be a very high demand for the xs650′s and I cant find much(aftermarketwise) for the 750? I’m mainly concerned with finding a weld on hardtail… SO… Whats the big difference between these two models so far as the frame at least?

xs750 is a triple, different frame, and much less common. aftermarket parts choices for xs750 specific will be much less available – there’s a lot of aftermarket/custom stuff that bolts right on the xs650…
xs 650 is the one most people use when making custom choppers/bobbers. I have one in my old school Amen Savior frame. Although they are only 650cc’s they sound surprisingly good, look like a triumph twin copy, and are surprisingly quick for their small size, being close in power to the harley sportsters of the day. If interested, look up xs 650 videos on youtube, they have some pretty cool choppers made with those engines on there.
Stay away from the 750 you will regret it if you do not
XS750 triple is a great motor.. BUT it is Shaft drive..
XS650 is a twin Chain drive…..
