Re-Phased XS 650 Engine. Bored to 707CC, Ported and Polished head, Custom intakes, Port Matched Carbs and Intakes, Dual Lectron Flatslide carbs 34MM, Custom Pamcopete Ignition (all electric baby!!!) 277 Degrees of Re-Phase, all done by myself. Just got it running in this video, needs tuning and timing, a bit rich still, but seems to run fine otherwise.

This is the first test ride of Mike V’s manical chopper creation “Holy Terror.” Unfortunately the bike doesn’t yet have any paint or finishing work done at this stage and the other “show tank” with the huge hole cut through is still in the stages of being chromed at this time. So, what you are seeing here is the bike in its first “raw” running form. A huge thanks goes out to Dennis Miller for making this all possible, this was filmed at his garage where the bulk of the work on this bike had taken place. Dennis put in over 125 HOURS of work on this bike project alone,…..I won’t even say how many hours I’ve put in,….but it’s been a 9 month long project and the bike is almost done. THANK GOD!

www.speedclubinc.com Here is the final video showing viewers how to wire up a points motor with a tci combo regulator rectifier. It’s really simple and I tried to make my video very straight forward an as detailed as possible in a 1o minute window. So… learn how to wire your xs650 bobber, chopper, custom stator charging system. Enjoy!

This is my first attempt at chopping a Yamaha xs650. Its a 1979 with a tcbros hardtail and forward controls, old ford tail light, softail head light, West eagle seat, and welded on sportster slash cut pipes. Still uses points ignition but seems to run good. I have a 1980 XS650 in the works right now, im thinking somthing low. More of a chopper than a bobber
