This a custom xs 650 cafe project…. to many mods to bike to mention all but stock engine with boyer digital ignition and mikuni carbs with str8 pipe…very cool…. built with no seat foam for tt racing as “Meatball” would say tavern to tavern!!!!!

Absolutely one of the cleanest xs650s I’ve ever seen!
It has UNI foam race filters and no airbox…. those are Mikuni race carbs

you have a slight hesitation on first whick if you are runnung the old cv carbs thats it or if you have open air stacks. other than that, cool!
No the engine was cold once she warms up there is not hesitation whatsoever…. It has a quarter turn throttle so a “blip” is yanking those mikuni’s almost full throttle….. thanks for the note…..
it is titled as an 80 however the frame engine are that everything else is multiple years….. This Girl is for sale…….

those are old MAC pipes…. they sound really cool but for better mid range and tork I would recommend a restrictor or muffler …

Yes…. never met the guy but he seems to be on the same page I would like to be on….. Philosphy is the same no matter what the make of bike or color of your skin…..
